Employee Spotlight – Amanda Vaculik

This month we shine the spotlight on our super mom of 3 girls, always smiling, soon-to-be-world-traveler, and star Recruiter – Amanda Vaculik!

 

Sandra: How long have you been working with Geoforce?

Amanda: I’ve been with Geoforce since August of 2020.

 

Sandra: What do you do at Geoforce?

Amanda: I try to keep up with our growth by recruiting the best team members!

 

Sandra: What are your hobbies outside of work?

Amanda: I’m a momma to the best 3 little ladies in the world so I do a lot of taxi driving and snack shoveling. We’re very involved in our church so I love to teach classes and serve wherever I can.

 

Sandra: What is your favorite attribute of Geoforce and why?

Amanda: I love the “grow together” part of our culture and it’s something I talk to candidates about in the interview process. We’re an “all hands on deck” type of environment where everyone rolls up their sleeves to get the job done. I love the challenge of team-building as we’re running forward.

 

Sandra: What is your favorite thing to do during Spring?

Amanda: I currently live at the softball fields.

 

Sandra: What have you gained from working at Geoforce?

Amanda: Working at Geoforce has been a blessing in a TON of ways and the timing was perfect. I’ve been given the opportunity to use my skills in an environment where I feel heard and valued. I love that I can see the impact my role has on the organization.

 

Sandra: What is something you have always wanted to do but never done?

Amanda: I haven’t traveled internationally much and would love to see a million places like Greece, Italy, Paris, Sydney, the list goes on.
